<li>We are excited to announce that a new ATOL Claims Portal has been launched. As an account user, when you first log on, click <i>“Sign in”</i> at the top right hand corner, then click <i>“Forgot your password?”</i> which allows you to setup a new password for your existing account. You will then be able to view your claim(s) within the new system.</li>

<li>In line with the <a target="_blank" href="https://www.caa.co.uk/our-work/publications/documents/atol/attpp/">Air Travel Trust (ATT) Payment Policy</a>, the ATT can only accept consumer claims submitted within 12 months of an ATOL holder's failure.
